Haven't posted in a while, so....
First off, a winter-een-mas poster that I made for, well, Winter-een-mas. (Photoshop 608x1024 RGB)

Now, for your enjoyment, A "Little Ninjas" promotional picture I put together by tracing and applying filters for the background. The ninja was done completely digitally. (Photoshop 1024x768 RGB)

And, last but not least, some Ad banners I put together for some webcomics I support. (Photoshop 468x60 Indexed)

Fwyxx made this

Fwyxx made this and asked me to put it on ErtyArt. It's the non-wordy version of Sunday the 10th's comic.
By the way, if you want an avatar that is awesome and looks like you (or whatever you want to look like), simply visit This Site.

New Avatars
Here are some avatars I made for my sister and myself last night. I just sorta freehanded them. I really like mine, and I'm going to put funny hats on it when the occasion permits. You'll see, if you talk to me on Google talk.
Anyway, hope you like.

Walking Forever
Drew this one to experiment with two things: Camera placement and simplistic art. (Photoshop RGB 450x863) No Larger Image.

Do what you want 'cause a pirate is free
Here is me practicing drawing heads. And coloring them. I pointed the chin a little bit more with each successive drawing. I'm not too pleased with a lot of them, especially the side views, but I guess that's the point of practice. Ah well. I've been experimenting with having my WACOM set so that the tilt of the pen is what determines the color. (Photoshop RGB 623x1024

A girl on a Sidewalk
This one came from the depths of my mind late at night. Don't ask me what It means. I like it because it's a different coloring style for me. All I did was turn down the transparency of the scanned sketch (which was in pencil), and then paint in the areas on a layer underneath. I then applied a texture filter, and voici - Here it is.(Photoshop RGB 549x768)

Zachary Grey
Here's a little experimental image I made in Photoshop for Fwyxx and my upcoming Web Novel - To Save a Life (www.ertyseidel.com/tsal.php) I don't particularly like the lighting on his cheek - I think it should be dimmer or something, but I'll fix that later. In the meantime, enjoy!

I just made all the images links to their higher-resolution counterparts.

Darkness Sadness
This one is one of those which started off as a quick experiment with a new photoshop trick and ended up as something pretty cool. Still Experimenting with the behind-glow (not a filter. use a 100px brush at 0% hardness between the layers). I'll probably keep doing it until I get what I'm going for, which is basically what Gabe did over at gabeart for his first post. Check it out at pennyarcadeart.blogspot.com

Ye Olde Magic
An interesting piece that was created by taking a picture of a sketch with my cell phone camera, and then letting Photoshop auto-color it. After a bit of tweaking, It turned out like this. I like the oil-like quality that the auto-color tool gave it. Anyway, this is just the beginning of what I hope is a comprehensive history of my artwork I have to credit Gabe over at PA with the Idea (and basis for the title). As soon as I don't have as much homework as I do now, I'll be making this blog look good. For the moment, Enjoy.
